T4S Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates Seenbot. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address and name when you create an account.

Domain and scan data: URLs you submit for scanning, AI visibility scan results, EEAT audit scores, and content optimization recommendations.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns (collected via server logs, not third-party trackers).

Payment data: Billing is processed by Polar.sh. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. We receive only your subscription status and customer ID.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Service (scanning, auditing, optimization)
  • To manage your account and process payments
  • To send essential service communications (scan results, account alerts)
  • To detect and prevent abuse of the Service

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Seenbot:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication
  • Polar.sh — Payment processing and subscription management
  • Perplexity API — AI citation scanning
  • Exa API — AI citation scanning
  • OpenRouter — AI content analysis and generation
  • Vercel — Hosting and deployment

Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing how they process data. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

5. Cookies

Seenbot uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and scan history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
  • Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing activities

CCPA (California residents): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
